Grounds for rejection to publish an article

Grounds for refusal to publish an article are:
detection of signs of academic plagiarism;
existing publication of the article in another scientific periodical (in particular, in electronic or Internet);
design of the article in violation of the Recommendations for Authors;
inconsistency of the content of the article with references to the sources used, citations, etc.;
incomplete or false indication of any metadata components (contact information);
absence of a list of sources used;

incorrectness of the results of the article.
